I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to TALK!! If you feel low, talk to someone. If you feel confused, talk to someone. If you feel hopeless, worthless, out of place, unloved or unwanted - talk to someone. But make sure it's the right someone. Its NOT A WEAKNESS to talk, but it's important to feel heard. If you talk and don't get the response you want or need, DO NOT GIVE UP! FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
